At CHITA LIVING, we want you to love your home. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
